Start of lease checks

Basic Package

Our Basic Package includes cleaning, testing of all alarms and up to 4 batteries with a report issued on the day of service. Any replacement alarms and electrical contractor costs are added to the invoice.
 

Premium Package

Our Premium package includes all the basic package benefits plus twelve months service. Also replacement alarms and electrical contractor costs are included*. A true no-more-to-pay offer. * Conditions Apply

Upgrading Properties

While there may be time before the deadline, leaving this task until the final year could prove to be a costly mistake. This is state wide and in the "last year rush" the quality products will become difficult, if not impossible to source. Installing the wrong alarms here in North Queensland almost guarantees problems. A situation best avoided for everybody involved, yourself, your property manager and most importantly your tenants.

Bear in mind that every smoke alarm manufacturer states do not to interlink this alarm with another brand. If you're forced to install an inferior product and one fails, you may be faced with replacing the whole system. At NQSA, we use the smoke alarm market leaders and back this claim with a ten year replacement warranty on every hard wired alarm we install*
